These terms govern the planning services offered by MonolithMesh Financial Planning Co., Ltd. By requesting a consultation, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

We provide individual financial-planning consultations and ongoing planning support focused on emergency reserves and long-term savings planning. We plan cash structure — the size and layering of your reserve and long-term savings — against your real cash flow and obligations.

We do not provide investment management, tax filing, legal services, or product sales. We do not hold client funds, open accounts for you, or take commissions on accounts you open.

2. What we do not guarantee

Our planning is educational and structural. We do not guarantee specific investment returns, tax outcomes, or that any particular emergency will not strain your finances. A plan is guidance based on the information you provide; it is not a guarantee of results.

3. Engagements and fees

All our work starts with a paid consultation. We set out the KRW fee before any work starts, and we do not bill until the scope is approved in writing. Specific fee amounts are confirmed after the introductory call based on scope; until then, any fee figure shown on this site is proposed and pending business confirmation.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your income, costs, and obligations when we ask for it. A plan built on inaccurate figures will not reflect your real situation. You also agree not to share sensitive personal information (such as national registration numbers or full account numbers) through this website’s form.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session at no charge with a full day’s notice. Shorter-notice cancellations may be charged at the session rate, as confirmed in your engagement letter. See our refund page for the full policy.

6. No solicitation

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any investment product. Where you need investment management, tax, or legal help, we say so and point you to a licensed professional.

7. Intellectual property

Written plans we produce for you are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reuse them without our written consent.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or applicable Korean law changes. We will note the review date at the foot of this page when we do.
